You will need to sign the client agreement that was sent in your quote. Please sign the Client Agreement here. You must sign your name at the bottom, type your name in the box, and check the agreement before submitting. If you are on a desktop computer and cannot sign your name, please check the agreement box and this will serve as your digital signature.

Please send an etransfer for the deposit amount to chelsea@chelsc.ca by August 21st, 2024. Any delays in payment will create delays in the project start date.

Two-Week Project Timeline starting as of August 21st, 2024:

• August 24th, mockups will be sent for approval and all access to Google drive content and web hosting login must be provided by the client
• August 26th, all work will need to be signed off on. This means any pre-discussed mockups and functionality must be agreed upon before development work can commence. Any delays in sign-off will extend the timeline and may incur extra charges to your original invoice at my discretion (any extra charges will be discussed prior, there will be no surprises in your final invoice!)
• August 31st - September 1st, you will be sent the project to look over and call out anything that potentially does not work or look as discussed. Major changes will extend the timeline and incur extra charges to your original invoice at my discretion (any extra charges will be discussed prior, there will be no surprises in your final invoice!)
• September 3rd, development of all design and functionality will be completed and final payment must be made. I will be available to fix any glitches that may come up from the recent work that was done at no extra charge.
